TREEADS Governance Recommendations

This special session, organised under Work Package 3 – TREEADS Ecosystem Building, focused on governance strategies essential for the long-term adoption and impact of the TREEADS Holistic Platform. The webinar presented key insights from recent workshops and surveys, offering actionable recommendations for effective system governance. It also introduced the TREEADS Think Tank initiative, inviting participants to engage with the project’s governance structure by joining the TREEADS Think Tank advisory board—an integral body for future strategic decisions.
